Instructions:

1. Fill out this purchase order form. (Make sure you provide the system key from each computer you want a license.)
- Provide the system key from each computer you want to obtain a license by clicking Add License from the Rudiments 2.0 Help menu.

    a) Select Add License from the Rudiments 2.0 Help menu.

    b) Copy and Paste the System Key from the Add License window then place them in the fields on this form below. Do this for each computer you want to obtain a license.

2. Complete the form making sure you provide an email address or mailing address so that we may send you the license keys. (If an email address is provided, you will receive the license keys within 48 business hours from the moment we have received payment). 
3. Click the Submit Button at the bottom of this page. (A report will be generated containing a purchase order number and mailing address.)
4. Print 2 copies of the generated report. (Treblis gets a copy, and you keep a copy for your records.)
5. Send 1 copy with a check or money order for the amount due to Treblis Software.

Return Policy:
Purchase of license keys for Treblis Software products are non refundable. If the product failed to function properly due to technical problems and such problems were reported within 7 business days after the new license was issued, Treblis Software may grant a full new license key after the problem is corrected. If Treblis Software determines the product or any of its parts has been tampered with, no new license will be granted. If the system clock has been changed inadvertently, and as a result of this, reduced the usage time on the license key, Treblis Software may grant a new license key to correct the problem.
